Close the gap between the fastest detection speed and the low signal operation in your SEM with PNDetector’s Switchable Gain Advanced BSD. State of the art scanning electron microscopes (SEMs) offer a broad spectrum of applications from high scan speeds to low signal operations. The Switchable Gain Advanced BSD allows you to scan your sample using this whole spectrum with the highest image qualities just by a single device. There is no need to scarify the scan speed for high gain settings, and the low keV performance for high speed applications. A simple switch between this two different gain settings is enough to get all you need.
