Multichannel SDD Spectrometer
for XRF, XRD and EDX
The ROCOCO System
is based on the monolithic 4-channel annular SDD sensor geometry which allows placing the detector very close to the sample, with the exciting beam coming through the central hole. The result is a huge solid angle coverage of the analyzed sample and a significant reduction of the measurement time. The compact preamplifier and power supply electronics ensure the best energy resolution of 125 eV FWHM@ Mn-Ka and allows easy and compact integration into any experimental systems.

Integrated power supply box for providing SDD bias voltages, temperature control and synchronous reset operation of all 4 channels

Integrated water-cooling circuit to be easily connected to a common water chiller

Available in customized configurations for applications such as Nanoprobe XRF at synchrotron facilities, PIXE, ED-XRD, EDX in Electron Microscopy
