The XRF Spectrometer
for science and lab (XRS)
The XRS
is the operation platform for our SDD Modules and supports the full functionality of our Complete or Standard Module series. It is designed for applications in microanalysis and in X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) analysis in laboratories and industry. Individually pre-adjusted system parameters combined with the right selection of the SDD module type lead to optimum performance and reliability in the specific field of application.
Key Features
-
High resolution detector system for use with Digital Pulse Processor (DPP) or analogue shaper
-
