Advanced BSD Module
The innovation- the ultrafast PNDetector’s Advanced BSD Module
We integrated professionally the preamplifier into an ultraslim housing together with the BSE detector to optimize your speed of operation and the ease of workflow. All BSE detectors described in their performance in Standard BSD Module are available in this configuration.
Key Features
We have professionally integrated the preamplifier and BSE detector into an ultra-slim housing to enhance operational speed and streamline your workflow.
The Advanced modules feature a fixed single-gain amplification for scanning your sample at different energies ranging from 2keV to 30 keV.
All BSE detectors described in their performance in Standard BSD Module are available in this configuration.

Single Gain Advanced BSD
The Single Gain version of Advanced BSD is compatible to all types of PNDetector’s BSD chips.
Switchable Gain Advanced BSD
The PNDetector’s Switchable Gain Advanced BSD is the newest consequent development of the single gain version. It covers easily the whole spectrum of your SEM with switching between 2 preamplifier gains in low energy and high speed modes.
