The unique production conditions enables a continuous and efficient production flow, starting with raw materials of the highest quality, flexible sensor design and ends with high-quality sensors. The ISO 4-6 clean rooms are equipped with the latest customer-specific machines, which are intended for the ultra-clean, damage-free, double-sided processing of silicon wafers.
