Equip your TEM with PNDetector’s STEM System

STEM in TEM becomes more and more popular as it provides us with significant detailed material information below the atomic resolution (actually down to pm), with information in the depth of the material (atomic column structure) as well as its electrical and magnetic sub cell composition. The detectors have to be adapted for that – they must be able to provide spatially resolved information – and they have to be fast and precise. For highest resolution with 256x256 segments and scan rates up to 10 kHz we refer to our High Resolution 4D STEM Camera – for standard and high-speed applications however our silicon-based STEM detectors segmented into up to 4 rings (for BF, ADF, LAADF and HAADF) with up to 13 channels are your best partner. By the means of our excellent electronics scan speeds up to 10 MHz with low noise imaging can be achieved, and the pneumatic driven retraction mechanism allows safe and precise adjustment of the detector.
