Multichannel SDD Spectrometer for XRF, XRD and EDX
The Rococo System
is based on the monolithic 4-channel annular SDD sensor geometry which allows placing the detector very close to the sample, with the exciting beam passing the central hole. The result is a huge solid angle coverage of the analyzed sample and a significant reduction of the measurement time. The compact preamplifier and power supply electronics ensure the best energy resolution of 125 eV FWHM@ Mn-Ka and enable easy and compact integration into any experimental systems.
Based on Rococo SDD series
