We integrated professionally the preamplifier into an ultraslim housing together with the BSE detector to optimize your speed of operation and the ease of workflow. All BSE detectors described in their performance in Standard BSD Module are available in this configuration.

The Advanced modules feature a fixed single-gain amplification for scanning your sample at different energies ranging from 0.5 keV to 30 keV.
