Offline analysis
Revisit, reprocess and explore saved pnCCD data cubes with full control over calibration and gain mapping.
The Offline Analysis module in PNCamSuite allows users to reopen previously acquired datasets and review them in detail. Each measurement is stored as a complete data cube, including full spectral and spatial information, correction maps and metadata, enabling recalculation of energy calibration and gain mapping after acquisition.
Offline Analysis provides the same visualisation and exploration tools as Live View, but without requiring a connected detector. Ideal for post-experiment review or collaborative evaluation. Users can examine results frame by frame, explore spatial and spectral regions of interest, and refine gain correction to achieve consistent calibration across datasets.
